Position Description

Job Summary

Acting as the point of contact among management, employees, clients, and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year experience providing administrative support to management

  • Nature of duties performed requires exercise of initiative and independent judgment

  • Strong communication

  • Excellent organizational ability to plan and support the schedule of the assigned individual(s)

  • Must be able to move comfortably between broad conceptual thinking to logistical detail and gather data and prepare written material for various projects

  • Must exercise HIPAA discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support to management.

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments.

  • Answer/route calls to appropriate person via written or verbal communication, preparing mail for review and distribution, maintain filing system.

  • Prepares marketing presentations (in and outside the office), graphs, and charts.

  • Recruitment of staff and clients, education client and staff on the services we offer. 

  • Maintain social media accounts.

  • Creative ways to market and promote Sunflower. 

  • Maintains high level of confidentiality as this position will support Quality Improvement initiatives and have access to confidential information. 

  • Greets and directs visitors to office. 

  • Promotes a team environment that values employee satisfaction and professional ownership. 

  • And other duties as needed.
