Full-Time Regular / Part Time
Acting as the point of contact among management, employees, clients, and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience providing administrative support to management
Skills and Abilities
Nature of duties performed requires exercise of initiative and independent judgment
Excellent organizational ability to plan and support the schedule of the assigned individual(s)
Must be able to move comfortably between broad conceptual thinking to logistical detail and gather data and prepare written material for various projects
Must exercise HIPAA discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Finding ways to improve administrative processes
Minimum Certifications, Registry, and/or Licenses Required
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform administrative support to management.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments.
Answer/route calls to appropriate person via written or verbal communication, preparing mail for review and distribution, maintain filing system.
Prepares marketing presentations (in and outside the office), graphs, and charts.
Recruitment of staff and clients, education client and staff on the services we offer.
Maintain social media accounts.
Creative ways to market and promote Sunflower.
Maintains high level of confidentiality as this position will support Quality Improvement initiatives and have access to confidential information.
Greets and directs visitors to office.
Promotes a team environment that values employee satisfaction and professional ownership.
And other duties as needed.
