Acting as the point of contact among management, employees, clients, and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience providing administrative support to management
Skills and Abilities
Nature of duties performed requires exercise of initiative and independent judgment
Excellent organizational ability to plan and support the schedule of the assigned individual(s)
Must be able to move comfortably between broad conceptual thinking to logistical detail and gather data and prepare written material for various projects
Must exercise HIPAA discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Finding ways to improve administrative processes
